About Our Embroidery Services
What is Embroidery?
Embroidery is the art of sewing raised and ornamental designs in threads. We use high quality polyester thread, therefore producing the best results of a beautiful replica of your logo.
What Is Digitizing?
Digitizing is the art of preparing an image for the embroidery process. After that, our embroidery machines read the file and sew a design using thread. This is done in house by one of our expert digitizers.
Do You Need Embroidery Design Services?
We specialize in creating custom embroidery but also offer a variety of ready-made items for gift and personal needs. We provide our services to individual consumers, schools, companies, organizations, corporate businesses and ad specialty businesses, with creative ideas for successful projects. Embroidery Frequently Asked Questions
- What is the turnaround time after placing an order? It can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to process an embroidery order. Completion depends on the quantity, the number of unfulfilled orders ahead of a new order placed and if customization is involved.
- What can delay completion of orders? Factors that may delay fulfilling an order within the 1-3 week timeframe would be as follows. (A) delay in the customers approval of a customized design, (B) a large number of unfulfilled orders ahead of the new order that was placed or (C) as always an emergency. Please see information under store policy for more details.
- Do you charge digitizing fees? Yes, we charge a one-time digitizing fee for all new personal logo designs which can range from $10 on up. Any future orders using the same logo will not include digitizing fees.
- Are you able to provide the garments for embroidery orders? Yes, we can provide garments for your embroidery orders.
- Can I provide my own items and have you do work on them? Yes, you can provide your own garments to have them embroidered as long as the garments are brand new.
- What type of items are you able to do embroidery on? We have access to order shirts, jackets, bags, hats, towels, robes, aprons etc.
- Do you have a wholesaler that you purchase your garments from? Yes, we do have access to wholesalers that we use for the majority of our orders. We also purchase some of our garments from various retailers for special projects.
- Do you contract work? Yes. Please email us for more details.
- Do you provide discounts for bulk orders? Yes, we provide discounts for bulk orders. The larger the order the larger the discount.
- Do you charge digitizing fees if purchasing a garment with one of our already made logos that's advertised on our website? No, there is no digitizing fee for any logos created by us that we sell online.
- How can you place a bulk or custom order? You can email us at customersupport@laceprettyface.com. In the subject line type "Embroidery Inquiry". You can send us details about your project along with a picture/artwork of your logo/design along with the garment type, quantity, design dimensions and the deadline (if applicable) and we will reply within 24-48 business hours.
