Store Policy
We appreciate you visiting and shopping with LacePrettyFace. Our skin, hair and health products are handmade in small batches. With that said, no two products will ever be identical. A slight difference in size, smell, color, taste or consistency is not abnormal. By making a purchase you are agreeing that you have read and accepted all of our policies and terms (Please also see Privacy Policy and Terms and conditions)
Non-Embroidery Orders:
All Sales are Final except for defective items. Please carefully read all product descriptions and notations before placing your order. We do not ship fruit flavor Sea Moss orders at this time. Fruit flavor sea moss orders are available via "pick up only" therefore it's suggested that you include your phone number so that the lines of communication are available throughout the process. If you are purchasing any of our items locally you can choose to pick up items to avoid shipping fees. Please make sure you follow the prompts to choose a pickup time.
It is to the company’s discretion to accept or deny any discount or coupon codes. Only (1) discount can be applied per order. Discounts cannot be applied to previously placed orders.
Custom Embroidery Orders:
All custom embroidery sales are final. There will be no refunds for custom embroidery orders. After placing an order, you will be required to pay a one-time digitizing fee for the sample to be created. Once digitizing is completed, we will run a sample of your logo design and submit the sample to the contact number or email provided to obtain approval. Once the logo is approved, we will then require either a full deposit or a 50% deposit to start processing your order. Once the order is complete, if applicable, you will be required to pay the remaining 50% before your items can be shipped or picked up. We will give you an estimated timeframe for completion once we obtain the final details of what the job entails.
Shipping:
Unless otherwise noted, all orders excluding "custom embroidery" orders are typically processed/packaged and shipped out within 1-3 business days. Please allow a few additional days to receive your package.
We currently have a $9.00 flat fee shipping and handling rate and all shipments are delivered through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
The shipping method does not change or affect our company’s current fulfillment time. Currently, we don't offer expedited shipping. Embroidery orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of completion of work order.
Lost/Stolen Packages:
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages if the item has been registered/marked as delivered. If you experience your package missing, please contact us immediately and we will begin an investigation with the carrier to attempt to track down the package. We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages marked delivered but not received. In the event that this happens, please file a claim with USPS using your tracking number. Our company will assess the appropriate solution to any delivery issue.
Non embroidery Returns/Exchanges:
At LacePrettyFace we are fully committed to our customers satisfaction. All sales are final with the exception of damaged or defective items. If the product you received is deemed defective, the item is eligible to be resent if reported within 2 days of the delivery date.
If an item appears to be missing from an order, as a top priority we will immediately address the mishap by resending that item as long as the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery. You must also provide photos of your damaged items in order for us to approve or reject your exchange.
Packages that are returned to the sender (LacePrettyFace) will be refunded; shipping charges will not be refunded. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
An item that is out of stock will be refunded. This does not happen often, but it is possible. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause.
We are unable to provide refunds on items in stock. If you order the wrong size, scent, or color you can email us and we will try our best to make the correction but this would only apply to orders that has not been fulfilled and/or shipped.
Embroidery Returns/Exchanges:
For embroidery orders, once the customer approves the sample logo and a deposit is made, there will be no return or exchanges.
We do not process or ship orders on Weekends or National Holidays. LacePrettyFace online customer service is available Monday-Friday via email at customersupport@laceprettyface.com. Please allow 24 – 48 business hours for an email response.
